In projects where the scope and requirements are clearly defined from the outset (typically conventional Control Systems, Building Management, Construction, Site Works Projects, etc.) the Waterfall methodology is employed coupled with the V-Life Cycle for Project Execution, enabling a structured and sequential development process which ensure that the locked Project Specifications are followed closely as well as ensuring Traceability from Project Initiation to Project Closure Phase.

Conversely, for projects demanding flexibility, iterative feedback, absence of upfront locked specifications, and high complexity (largely comprising of Software Solutions, Multi Database Integrations, and City-wide SCADAs, etc.), Avanceon leverages Agile methodologies enabling fostering collaboration, adaptability, and rapid response to change.
