Sarmad has been spearheading and building the Middle Eastern markets for Avanceon since 2003, in ME he first established Avanceon FZE in Dubai and that now is the GCC wide recognized leader. His 20 years of solid experience at Avanceon in Industrial automation and process control have both been recognized regionally and internationally in shape of business numbers, visibility in the GCC arena and by virtue of the strong foothold with large conglomerates in the region. Technological selling is his strength and he is the most valuable pillar of the International business for Avanceon, his entrepreneurial skills has given Avanceon a vast edge in the market in a shortest possible timeframe.

Within less than a decade, he has been helpful in pushing the sales & projects in the Middle Eastern market from zero account to an impressive portfolio of more than 100 customers including: Saudi Aramco, Qatar Rail, Hamad Port, RTA, KOC Dubai Government, ADNOC, Asghal, Kahramaa, Lusail etc. to name a few. His key focus is building, growing and improving the profitability, performance and value of the organization – especially in this particularly dynamic, changing and highly competitive situations of the Middle East.

Sarmad started as a trainee electrical engineer at Avanceon in 1998 and rapidly he became the most precious leader of all, he has s demonstrated brilliance is showing his ability to gain the trust and to oversee the success of most valuable blue chip clients in the Pakistani market pitch, to name a few are EPC’s like Descon, PDIL, DDFC, HMC, also Distilleries, many end users like OGDCL, POF and improved the company’s geographical coverage to other far away locations, he has always exceeded company goals and targets which had also given him an immense experience of handling the business in overseas.
